Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)

Mash bananas and mix with melted butter

Stir in egg and vanilla

Add flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt

Fold in walnuts if using

Pour into a greased 7-inch loaf pan that fits your air fryer

Cover loosely with foil for the first 25 minutes

Cook at 310°F (154°C) for 35-40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean
